Duration of Salt Therapy Treatment
Salt therapy is most prevalent in Russia and Eastern Europe, where doctors have routinely prescribed it for over a decade. While every session is beneficial, multiple sessions allow most people to experience a period of remission from their conditions.
Below is a list of conditions and the suggested number of consecutive sessions, as used in Russian clinics and health spas. These numbers should not be treated as prescribed medical standards, but rather as suggested guidelines for treatment based on research (see citation below). Visitors to the Salt Cave should be attentive to their own unique needs/conditions and make decisions about treatment based on the way their bodies respond.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for private sessions. If you do not cancel (or move) your booking at least 48 hours before your session is scheduled, you will be charged, no matter if your party shows up or not. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

You can only book a private session when all 10 seats are still open at the time of booking.
There is a fixed price for a private booking, independent of how many people show up, and you only have to make one booking.
All salt therapy sessions are by appointment. They begin on the hour and last for 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled salt therapy session start time. We will not interrupt salt therapy sessions to accommodate late arrivals.
You will be scheduled for a public salt therapy session, which can accommodate up to 15 people, unless you request a private session.
One should dress the same way as usually, which would be appropriate for a public place. You may not wear shoes in our Salt Cave. We provide shoe/foot covers or you can bring fresh, clean white socks. Please be sure to bring socks for your children.
